I recall hearing that some Thinkpads had them and someone wrote a tool for Linux that could access them, but from what I remember, it wasn't nearly as accurate as the MacBook's. It would seem, though, that this could be run over a PC, because the need for built-in tilt sensors is not needed. *nudge* Now, lets see this hooked up to your Wiimote.
